Sprints or Sprint is one kind of run
is contested. Running this type done at high speeds and short distances are:
running a distance of 100 meters, run 200 meters, the 400 meters, and a relay
race or run number. Sprinter (sprinter) uses its power in order to quickly
reach the finish line. To be a sprinter or a sprinter needed a reliable
start-mastering technique and correct running technique, training and technical
